Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to aureve.in and the purchase of any product or programme offered by Career Pilot LLP (Aureve). By using this website or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Operator

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Access or attempt to access our systems without authorisation
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content or programmes without written permission
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the site
• Submit false or fraudulent information at checkout or in any form
• Manipulate coupon codes, referral systems, or pricing — self-referral is technically blocked and a breach of these Terms
• Reverse-engineer or extract the source code of any Aureve product

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

3. Products

• Aureve Core — Elevation™: Live cohort. Seat confirmed only on full payment.
• Aureve Shift: Recorded programmes. Access granted on payment confirmation.
• Aureve Seeds: Digital playbooks. Access granted immediately on payment.
• Aureve Enterprise: Custom B2B engagements governed by a separate contract.
• Stakeholder Power Map: Advisory service. Report delivered within 7 business days of intake submission. Advisory in nature; not legal, HR, or career advice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST at 18% unless stated otherwise. The price at checkout is binding. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI credentials. GST invoices are issued to the email provided at checkout. Invoice corrections must be requested within 7 days.

5. Clarity Call — Deposit and Booking Policy

A ₹2,000 deposit is required to book a Clarity Call for Aureve Core — Elevation™.

Deposit is refunded when:

• You attend and decide not to enrol — refunded within 7 business days
• You attend and enrol — credited in full against the programme fee

Deposit is forfeited when:

• You do not attend (no-show) without prior written notice
• You cancel or reschedule without approval

Rescheduling: Not a right. Considered only in extreme emergency circumstances at CA. Sanket Jain's sole, final, and unappealable discretion. Last-minute requests (within 24 hours) are not permitted except for a documented medical emergency requiring hospitalisation. Requests must be submitted to hello@aureve.in before the call time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including The Transactions Model framework, programme content, recordings, and design — is owned by Career Pilot LLP. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning only. You may not share access, reproduce content, or create derivative works. Breach may result in access termination without refund.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Results depend on individual effort and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific career outcomes, salary increases, or promotions.

8. Programme Conduct

Live programme participants must maintain professional conduct, keep peer disclosures confidential, and not record sessions. Violations may result in removal without refund.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. We encourage direct resolution at hello@aureve.in before any legal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users.
